HOW IT WORKS

Sculptra, is a poly-L-lactic acid collagen stimulator which works by gradually replacing collagen that has been lost over the years. . Poly-L-lactic acid is a biodegradable, biocompatible synthetic material that is commonly found in dissolvable sutures. It is injected just under the skin where the poly-L-lactic acid micro-particles are naturally absorbed and thereby stimulate collagen production. By revitalizing collagen production, Sculptra helps restore the skin’s inner structure and facial volume. This helps improve the appearance of volume in the midfacial region and lines and wrinkles.
