Our office is on the 3rd floor (Suite 301) in the IIntegrated Medical Plaza of Scottsdale,  located on the Southwest corner of 96th Street and Via Linda.  You cannot enter parking lot from either 96th street or Via Linda.  Enter from either 95th street or San Salvador Drive.

NORTH SCOTTSDALE /    NORTH PHOENIX    

 

Take Cactus Rd. or Shea Blvd. to 96th street.  Turn South on 96th Street to Via Linda. (Via Linda is two traffic lights south of Shea Blvd) Turn right (West) to 95th Street.  Turn left on San Salvador Drive to the Integrated Medical Plaza of Scottsdale parking lot on left.

From 101 (Pima) Freeway   (nORTH OR sOUTH) 

Take the 101 Pima Freeway to the Pima Rd / 90th street Exit.  Turn onto 90^th street  to Via Linda (1^st traffic light).  Turn right on Via Linda to 95^th street.  Turn right on 95^th Street (one block) to San Salvador.  Turn left on San Salvador Drive to the Integrated Medical Plaza of Scottsdale parking lot on left.

FROM 202 FREEWAY

Take the 202 east to the 101 Pima Freeway north to the Pima Rd / 90th street Exit.  Merge right off exit onto 90^th street to Via Linda (1^st traffic light).  Turn right on Via Linda to 95^th street.  Turn right on 95^th Street (one block) to San Salvador.  Turn left on San Salvador to Integrated Medical Plaza of Scottsdale parking lot on left.

FROM 51 (SQUAW PEAK PARKWAY)

Take the 51 Squaw Peak Parkway to either the 202 east or Shea Blvd east (which ever is closest) and then follow 202 FREEWAY directions or the NORTH SCOTTSDALE, NORTH PHOENIX directions above.

Take State Route 60 (East or West) to the 101 North.
